Art Kamra Creative Institute is committed to protecting the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the ceberolca.si online shop. The personal data collected will be used exclusively for the provision of the services offered by the company. The Company respects the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of the users of the online shop, and therefore it will take all necessary measures to protect them from any violation and misuse.

The provision of the User’s personal data to the Company is necessary in certain cases in order for the Provider to fulfill its contractual obligations towards the User.

The Provider permanently protects the collected personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 94/07) (ZVOP-1), the Electronic Communications Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 109/12, 110/13, 40/14 – ZIN-B, 54/14 – Decree of the Republic of Slovenia, 81/15 and 40/17) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Use of personal data

The Provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the User in accordance with the GDPR-1.The Provider stores the following data of the User in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act: first and last name, email address, contact telephone number, primary and delivery addresses, country of residence and archive of communications with the Provider. The Supplier undertakes that any personal data obtained through the website www.ceberolca.si shall remain the exclusive property of the Supplier and shall be used solely for the purposes of executing and delivering the order, unless the user of the website has expressly consented to any other form of use of the data provided.

Under no circumstances will the user’s data be disclosed to unauthorized parties.

Once the order has been completed, only the data relating to the individual order will be stored and can only be accessed by knowing the account number and the order number.

The User is responsible for protecting his/her personal data by ensuring the security of his/her e-mail address, username and password and by using appropriate software (anti-virus) protection on his/her computer.

The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness and up-to-dateness of the data entered by users.

The Provider does not pass on the data to third parties, except to contractors with whom the Provider has concluded a contract on the protection of personal data and who are contractually bound to the same standards of protection of personal data as the Provider.

The Provider collects personal data with the explicit consent or agreement of individuals. Consent will be kept together with its content and the content of the form by which it was obtained.

The Provider stores personal data collections in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and does not export them to other countries.

Purpose of use

The personal data collected through the website www.ceberolca.si for the purpose of making an online purchase are used exclusively for the purpose of executing and delivering the order.

By consenting to the storage, processing and transmission of personal data and by participating in prize draws or subscribing to newsletters via e-mail, the user authorises the Art Kamra Creative Institute to process and store the personal data provided, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. By giving his/her consent, the user authorises the Art Kamra Creative Institute, as the controller of the personal data collection, to process the personal data collected for the purposes of sampling, surveys and statistical data processing, to determine the use of the services, to tailor the offer and segmentation, for market research, to inform about offers, news and benefits, to send newsletters by e-mail, telephone number and other advertising material, to inform users about the services of the ceberolca website. si and the Art Kamra Creative Institute and related parties, and for other uses of the data provided to which the website user specifically consents. The collected data will not be passed on to third parties.

The above-mentioned data may be processed by Kreativni zavod Art Kamra for its own purposes until the consent is withdrawn by requesting the removal of the personal data from the database, otherwise only for as long as is strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data was collected, i.e. 10 years for registered users of the ceberolca website. si, 10 months for participants in prize draws, 10 years for winners of prize draws and until the subscriber unsubscribes from the newsletter, or until the controller ceases its activity on the market. During the period of personal data management, the data subject has the possibility to consult and update the data in the database upon request.

Implementation of the Privacy Policy

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the Company has regulated the protection of personal data in the Personal Data Protection Policy. All persons employed by the Company on a full-time or part-time basis who have access to the personal and other data of users are aware of the provisions of the Privacy Policy and the duty to protect personal and other data and are obliged to comply with these provisions on the protection of the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the online shop. The obligation to protect personal and other data shall continue indefinitely, even after the termination of the relationship with the Company.

Protection of children

Advertising messages will be clearly visible (taking into account age) and clearly separated from games and competitions. Any communication to children will be age appropriate and will not exploit children’s trust, lack of experience or sense of loyalty. The Provider will not accept orders from anyone it knows or suspects to be a child without the express permission of the child’s parent or guardian.

The Supplier shall not accept any personal data from children without the express consent of their parents or guardians. Nor shall the Provider disclose any information received from a child to any third party other than a parent or guardian. The Provider shall not provide free access to products or services that are harmful to children.

Right of access and deletion

You have the right to be informed about the personal data we hold about you and the right to have that data deleted. Procedure for exercising rights

I am aware that I may make any of the above requests regarding the exercise of my rights in relation to personal data in writing to the data controller by sending an e-mail to ceberolca@gmail.com. I am aware that in order to exercise the rights relating to personal data, the data controller may request additional information from me for the purpose of reliable identification and may only refuse to act if it proves that it cannot reliably identify me.

I am aware that the data controller must respond to my request to exercise my rights regarding the above-mentioned personal data without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of the request.

The Company will store the data subject’s personal data until the data subject withdraws his or her consent to the storage and processing of the data. The User may withdraw consent to receive electronic communications (by sending a written request to the Provider at ceberolca@gmail.com) or request that the Company immediately and effectively and permanently delete the User’s personal data by deleting the User’s user profile with the Provider in its entirety.

Additional information

The Company is obliged to protect the personal data of the users of its online shop in accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data. Under no circumstances will the Company, without the express consent of the User, disclose the User’s personal or other data to third parties or allow third parties to access the User’s personal or other data, unless required to do so by public authorities, if such an obligation is provided for by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary for legal proceedings before the courts or other public authorities and for the protection and pursuit of the legitimate interests of the Company.

All personal and other data provided by the user when logging in to the online shop and when ordering products, including the content of orders, will be protected in accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data. The Company will not use this information for any purpose that could in any way harm the User or any other person involved. The Company will not use the User’s data to send advertising e-mails or other unsolicited promotional material, except for the purpose of sending those promotional communications to which the User has subscribed or expressly consented. The Company may use the data in anonymous, aggregated form for statistical analysis. The confidentiality of users’ personal and other data will not be violated in any way.

The Company will only provide the delivery service with the information necessary for the delivery of the products purchased in the On-Line Shop (details of the recipient, delivery address, telephone number to notify the delivery of the parcel and/or resolve any delivery problems and e-mail address to notify the status of the delivery of the parcel). The Company will contact the User by e-mail only if it is necessary to complete the purchase in the e-shop, and by telephone only if there are problems with the registration process or the purchase in the e-shop.

Communication

The Provider may contact the User by means of telecommunication only if the User does not expressly object. Advertising e-mails must be clearly and unambiguously identified as advertising e-mails and the sender must be clearly identifiable. The user’s wish not to receive advertising messages must be respected unconditionally.

Commercial e-mails will contain the following elements

The Company assigns to each User, at the beginning of each use of the On-Line Shop, a cookie for the purpose of identifying the User, monitoring the shopping basket and ensuring traceability, which is stored in the server memory only for the duration of the visit to the On-Line Shop and is deleted after one hour of inactivity. The Company may also store on the User’s personal computer some persistent cookies, such as the User’s identification number in encrypted form for recognition during the User’s next visit to the e-boutique, or the product ratings that allow the User to know which products have already been rated, and, indirectly, cookies from the external service Google Analytics, which are used to analyse visits to the website. The Company may use this data in an anonymous, aggregated form for statistical analysis. In order to ensure online security, the Company also collects the IP addresses from which users access the online shop.
