Product differentiation
As Čeberol’ca is made from natural materials, each product is different in colour and texture. No two products are the same, even if you order more than one at a time.
Return and replacement of goods
The consumer has the right to notify the seller within 14 days of receipt of the goods that he or she wishes to cancel the contract, without having to give a reason. The period begins one day after the date of receipt of the package. The consumer must send the notice of withdrawal to the seller’s e-mail address: ceberolca@gmail.com.
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer shall return the received goods by post to the seller’s address: Kreativni zavod Art kamra, Naselje heroja Maroka 16, 8290 Sevnica.
The only costs to be borne by the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract are the costs of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the seller by registered mail within 14 days from the date of sending the notice of withdrawal, in their original packaging and packaging without any restocking fee.
The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the case of an item that has been manufactured according to the consumer’s precise instructions, that has been adapted to the consumer’s personal needs, that is unsuitable for return due to its nature, or that has already been used and is unsuitable for resale due to hygiene reasons.
Since Čeberol’ca is made from natural materials, each product is different in colour and texture. No two products are the same, even if you order more than one at the same time.
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the supplier will refund all payments received no later than eight days after receipt of the returned product. The Art Kamra Creative Institute will return the payments received to the consumer by transfer to the consumer’s current account indicated in the notice of withdrawal or by any other agreed means.
